Do you like summer or winter?
Whilst I enjoy the long warm days of summer and miss them when they are over, I do like to be able to snuggle up indoors on a winter’s day.
Air-conditioned room or crackling fireplace?
I love a crackling fire and curling up in front of it with a good book.
What was your favorite scene to write?
One of my favorite scenes to write in this book was the scene when Liev outbids Bianca for the bracelet she was tracking down for her grandfather, whose failing health made getting it as soon as possible so important to her.
Tell us about your book.
Liev Dragunov wants revenge on the company who he considers brought down his father’s business and ruined the family. That company is owned by Dario Di Sione and the easiest way to extract that revenge is to use his sister, Bianca Di Sione.
When he discovers her desire to have an expensive bracelet he finds he has the key to gaining what he wants. At last his revenge is in sight, but he hasn’t factored in the desire he feels for the cold but beautiful Bianca or the passion hidden beneath that frosty surface and revenge is no longer what he wants. He wants Bianca.

DeleteUh-huh. So he thinks he wants an expensive bracelet, but turns out the real gem is the girl. :) Sounds good.
ReplyDeleteI love that Bianca is the real gem!
DeleteI like the sound of that scene. How dare he...:-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Denise - and yes, how dare he!
DeleteI wish I could cuddle up to a crackling fireplace, but that doesn't happen in Florida. :P

DeleteSummer or winter! What happened to autumn and spring, my two favourite seasons? Death and rebirth? :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat post. Thanks.
Greetings from London.
Ahhh, to be young and in love. Unfortunately, at my age, summer rocks! Congratulations on the new book, Rachel. Thanks for the big print!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Rachel! The story sounds great! I have to say I'm a fireplace girl at heart. Picked my current bedroom just for its fireplace and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. :-D
ReplyDeleteGreat interview! Thanks so much for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThis is very educational content and written well for a change. It's nice to see that some people still understand how to write a quality post.
