We have USA Bestselling author Maisey Yates and she's got a kindle copy of The Couple Who Fooled the World for one commenter!

 Do you listen to music?

I listen to a variety of music. Alternative, pop,country...sort of depends on what I'm writing! What is your current favorite? I really like Florence + the Machine. Also enjoying The Band Perry and The Pistol Annies.

What type of a reader are you?

Mixed genre? Nope. I'm romance all the way. I'm not ashamed. That said, I love the Harry Potter books as well. But I haven't deviated from the genre for a while.

How many books do you read at once? More than one?

No, just one. I'm a fast reader so I like to immerse.

What are you reading now?

Nothing, since I'm finishing a book that I'm writing, but Nalini Singh's next book is out soon and I will be devouring that the moment I get it!

What is your greatest struggle as a writer?

Organization! I'm not good at sticking to a schedule. I'm very haphazard. Things seem to work out butif I could be more organized that would be nice!

Maisey's latest releases are:

Carly Denton has learned to keep her buttons and emotions firmly fastened. Her parents’ constant
drama, and an unrequited crush on her brother’s best friend, taught her to keep her passion beneath the surface. But she can no longer avoid the one man with the ability to bring that passion to a boil…

Lucas remembers Carly as a freckle-faced tomboy—not a frosty woman who treats him like a burr under her saddle. But when they have to work together on a charity project, Lucas is shocked to find their bickering melt into some serious mutual attraction. He’s determined to show Carly that he’s the man for her, if only she’d learn to let loose.

Lucas is the last man on earth Carly should give in to. The freedom she finds in his arms has her feeling happier than ever, but is it enough to make her realize that the greatest risk isn’t losing your heart, but losing the chance at happiness?

Unbuttoned, A Silver Creek novella, releases June 18th.

The Couple Who Fooled the World

The true meaning of keep your enemies close…
Most women would kill to be on Ferro Calvaresi’s arm. The enigmatic Italian is one of the richest men in the world and at the top of his business game. Julia Anderson is not most women. She’s as rich as Ferro and twice as hungry.
The only way to seal a major deal is for these two rivals to play nicely…together. Yet neither expected the media to soak up their ruse so quickly or so publicly! But when the deal is won, are the world’s hottest new couple beginning to believe their own lie?

  7. Hi Maisey, Hi Nas. I'm new to Pistol Annies and The Band Perry but I think they're fab and fun and really catchy and I've been known to play them loud during housework time. If more country type music was as fun as this I think the genre would be thru the roof with people who prefer mainstream. Congrats on your Silver Creek books Maisey. I have to say I need to bump someone out of my top 5 authors so you can slot in but its too hard so I now have a top 6 xxx
