Hi! I live in the southern United States, close to the Mississippi River with cuddling romantic nights in the winter and hot sultry ones in the summer. I am retired after a long career in the financial venue, but now I have time for my favourite hobby...reading. I have loved reading as long as I can remember. My love of the magical world of imagination began while listening to the fairy tales my Mom and Grandmother read to me at bedtime.

I grew up with Harlequin novels, Zane Grey, and Louis L'Amour. In my teens, I branched out to include mysteries, suspense, paranormal and some erotica. When the tedious world of business and finance became too much (usually on a daily basis), I could always find a wonderful world with amazing friends between the pages of a good book.My favourite types of reading are romance- contemporary, historical, and suspense, and paranormal, although I read a variety of others.

When I am not indulging in my favourite past time, I love to cook, watch movies, garden, enjoy family and travel.

I have a long list of favourite authors and add to them with each new discovery. With the electronic age of the Kindle, I have increased my list tenfold. Reviews are my way of saying thank you to all these authors. If they can take time to write them for my reading pleasure, I want to give them the same consideration to write a review.
